2009 Fellowship of the Least Coin

Thank you for your generous donations to the Fellowship of the Least Coin in 2008. Your donations amounted to $270.00!

The Least Coin offering in February will benefit Telephone Counseling for Women – “Sakdong” training course for counselors, The Korean Christian Center: Osaka, Japan.

The Church’s Mission in the World

Do you know that we have a Prayer Shawl Ministry? Do you know what the Least Coin collection is? Do you know everything that the Christian Education committee does? Do you know what a Deacon does? How about the various mission projects that we support?

We want to highlight all of the ministries that this church does in the worship service. If you are a part of a church ministry, why not highlight your ministry? This is an excellent opportunity to get out the message. Contact Pastor Bill to schedule your minute for mission.

Mission Committee

The Mission Committee wishes to thank the congregation for their support of the numerous groups we elected to contribute to in 2008. We are pleased with our accomplishments and applaud everyone who made this possible.

We hope you have noticed our bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall which includes thank yous from organizations we have supported and information about their important work. We thank Helmut Bartel for installing the board.

The Mission Committee will meet on Wednesday, February 11, at 11:00 A.M. to make plans for a very special Sunday in April. On April 19 we will “Celebrate Mission” with a number of groups who provide key services in attendance.
